This policy applies to premium tips bought on freetipps.com from Soccer Tips LTD.

We Do Not Give Refunds

Premium tips are digital content delivered on the site as soon as payment is confirmed. By buying, you ask us to start delivery immediately, and once a tip has been delivered we do not issue refunds, including when a bet loses. Tips are opinions and not guarantees, and no tip is certain to win.

If A Match Is Postponed Or Cancelled

If a match we tipped is postponed or cancelled before it is played, we replace it with a new match, so you still receive what you paid for. A match that has been played and lost is not replaced.

If You Did Not Receive Your Tip

If you paid and the tip was not delivered to you, or you were charged more than once for the same tip, contact us and we will deliver the tip or put the problem right.
